200ml Quince Jelly
Our Quince Jelly is beautifully clear and perfectly set. It makes a lovely addition to any cheese platter, and is especially good with blue cheese or a vintage cheddar.
We hand pick this very unique fruit in the Maungawera Valley, between Wanaka & Lake Hawea. The quince are chopped, boiled, then strained overnight through muslin bags. The next day the sugar is added to the liquid and it is boiled again, filling our kitchen with a gorgeous fragrance like no other.
Ingredients: quince, water, sugar.
All of my products are handmade using simple, fresh and local ingredients wherever I possibly can. All of my products are made in my kitchen here in Hawea and shipped all over New Zealand to my lovely customers and loyal stockists.
