250ml Lemon Curd
Everyone's favourite, this classic Lemon Curd treat is made the old fashioned way with no unneccesary ingredients or additives. We use local free range eggs and lovely Yen Ben Lemons combined into a creamy, tart and delicious Lemon Curd.
This is perfect as a spread on toast, as a sweet pastry filling or for a quick and easy dessert that will wow your family or friends spread it between layers of sponge and whipped cream and serve with raspberry coulis.
