250ml Nectarine & Ginger Chutney
Slow roasted Central Otago nectarines combined with ginger and a splash of fish sauce. This chutney is absolutely divine with chicken, pork or vegetables. It has been a favourite gluten free curry accompaniment for many of my customers.
Also delicious spread on a roast chicken and vegetable sandwich. So versatile to use in many ways in the kitchen I am sure you will love it as much as I do.
Ingredients: nectarines (65%), onions, sugar, cider vinegar, white vinegar, crystallized ginger, fish sauce (anchovies, sugar, salt) spices, salt.
