300ml Basil & Honey Dressing

Freshly picked basil and local Lake Hawea honey combined to make this award winning dressing which is a delicious accompaniment to any green salad, especially good with tomatoes, cucumber, olives and capsicum in the heat of summer.
 
A beautiful fresh, flavoursome dressing which will have you coming back for more.
 
The very first preserve we bottled for Kitchen Window Catering, after requests for the recipe from  guests on the retreats we catered for. 
 
Ingredients: canola oil, white vinegar, basil, honey, (gluten free mustard), salt, pepper, xantham gum.
 
All of my products are handmade using simple, fresh and local ingredients wherever I possibly can. All of my products are made in my kitchen here in Hawea and shipped all over New Zealand to my lovely customers and loyal stockists.
