300ml Basil & Honey Dressing

Freshly picked basil and local honey combined to make this award winning dressing which is a delicious accompaniment to any green salad, especially good with tomatoes, cucumber, olives and capsicum in the heat of summer.
 
A beautiful fresh, flavorsome dressing which will have you coming back for more.
 
The very first preserve we bottled for Kitchen Window Catering, after requests for the recipe from  guests on the retreats we catered for. 
 
Ingredients: canola oil, white vinegar, basil, honey, (gluten free mustard), salt, pepper, xantham gum.
 
Our preserves are handmade using simple, fresh and local ingredients wherever possible. All of our products are made in our kitchen here in Cromwell and shipped all over New Zealand to my lovely customers and loyal stockists.
